Why this card?
The 25th Anniversary Collection came out in Japan on 22 October 2021 for the game's 25th anniversary. Every card in it is holo and carries the blue and gold "25th" stamp.
Pikachu VMAX on a surfboard brings back the early Surfing Pikachu promo. In English it's 009/025 in Celebrations, with the same art.
